Number 9 is a place where you want to stay for a very long time. This 16th century building has been converted into four stylish apartments. The charm of the old building is combined with a luxurious Scandinavian design. The apartments are located in the middle of the historic center of Middelburg. Everything is nearby: hip places to drink coffee, nice restaurants, shops and beautiful routes to walk. Do you want to rest and get some fresh air? The beautiful beaches are just a 15-minute drive away. The station is within walking distance, as are free parking and bicycle rental.

All apartments are very spacious and have a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful bathroom with rain shower and bath, a cozy living room and a bedroom with luxury box spring. It is the perfect location for a vacation, business trip or for a longer stay.
Our hostess Suzanne welcomes you personally. A late check-in is possible thanks to our key safe. Guests can leave their bags with us before check-in or after check-out.

On 2 September 2016 we - Jochem and Emilie - received the key to this beautiful 16th century building. It was used as an auction house and had not been well maintained for years. It had no sewerage, you looked straight out through the roof and was full of old auction stuff. But we only saw how beautiful it could be ... Now the first two apartments are finished! Two more will follow. Below a small impression of the renovation so far:
